On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of his death, the Valence museum devotes an original exhibition to the famous local artist Bernard Cathelin, unveiling works never shown before. The Drôme area, where Bernard Cathelin used to spend a lot of his summers in his family home, is considered to be the key to his artwork. It is in these generous landscapes that Cathelin developed, in his first years as a painter, his palette consisting of a range of warm colors, tempered with almost purple blues, shades of beige and powdered pink, liquid greens or heartful reds.
